We respect copyright and respond to valid notices promptly.
What this site hosts
InstaSaver stores no Instagram media. Files are streamed from Instagram’s own CDN at the moment a user requests them and are not retained afterwards. There is therefore no library of infringing files to remove — but if content of yours is being accessed through this service, we will act on a proper notice.
Submitting a notice
Email support@example.com with the subject line “DMCA Notice” and include:
- Your full name and contact details.
- Identification of the copyrighted work concerned.
- The exact URL of the material at issue.
- A statement that you believe in good faith the use is not authorised.
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and that you are the rights holder or authorised to act for them.
- Your physical or electronic signature.
Our response
Valid notices are acted on within 48 hours, typically by blocking the specific content from being resolved through the service.
Counter-notice
If you believe material was blocked in error, send a counter-notice to the same address with your contact details and an explanation.
Repeat infringers
Access is terminated for anyone who repeatedly uses the service to infringe.
